The guy calls several times a week claiming that they spoke to me at a trade show and are following up on a conversation we had.
Then tells me that they are working near my street and are giving free no obligation estimates.
I let them go thru their script after they are done I tell them that the company they work for has bad leads because this is a rental property and I am not the owner. After I wasted their time they hang up and the next day a new sucker calls.
The best thing to do is keep them on the line and waste their time.
