I am so glad for this list!!! My call block is full. Now I'm saving their # and just labeling it in my 300 list of telemarketer calls. Much easier when my phone announces solar telemarketer...I happily ignore!!!!! Call block is full of solar telemarketer and construction calls. Stupid telemarketers!!!
Just got a call from these idiots. Solar - save me money if I am a Edison or DWP customer. Blah, blah, blag. I get two-three of these every week. I asked her to take me off her list, and she kept talking. I yelled "take me off you f*ing list" and hung up. She called back a minute later saying there was no need to be rude and continued selling her solar survey bullcrap. Unbelievable. I added the number to my blocked-list on my panasonic phone. Sure enough, that same number called back a couple of minutes later but was blocked. I wish our lame-[***] politicians would pass a law making the "do not call" registry actually mean something. It means nothing. No enforcement. No penalties. I think the spammers actually download the registry and use it to make the robocalls as they know it is a list of valid numbers and they know there is no penalty for violating.
Got a call from this number 1 hour ago while I was out. Since it said my name on the answering machine and was a live voice, I thought it safe to call back, but like you, also got "The number you have reached is not a working number, please try again". Obviously another telemarketer, but this time not the usual robocall. Still, a rotten trick!
