"Scumbags Block Them Now" really doesn't give any useful information, DG. Received a call from this number & nuked as soon as I saw caller ID showing 'unknown name." Called back on my VOIP business line - recording states "this number is no longer in service." So spoofed number + no ID = scumbag telemarketer.
I'm getting daily, multiple calls from 310.596.3551 with a Culver City read out. When I call back I get recording "this number is not in service"! How annoying!
