Last night my phone rang, I screen all calls.  My phone speaks to me telling me there is an incoming call from 310-596-7274 to  another number which is not mine, nor is it my voice mail number either.   I have got these before. All I can chalk it up to is someone is running scams and attempting to Spoof numbers, and is just not a very proficient con artist. Needles to say there was no voice mail message. Sorry that is all the information I can provide.
