I received a phone call at my job by a very nasty, rude individual who became irate when I asked for information by mail. They said something about an impending lawsuit. This has got to be a scam
I got a call today as well saying that I owe money for something I didn't collect. When I asked to have something in writing they told me they cannot do that. Scam....
Got a call on my cell phone. Said we owed money for a payday loan we didn't take out. Scary thing is they had our information as well as references. They said they would only speak with an attorney on our behalf. I filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Attorney General & BBB.
got on call from this number on monday sept. 14th,2009 stating that they were with the us dept. of federal goverment and that i must be in calfornia for court on wendesday sept. 16th, 2009 with my attorney present.stated if i didnt not show up for court that an arrest warrant would be issued and i would loss my job.stated that the debt. i owed was for a pay day loan
