recieved a call from this # at exactly 11:00 am. claimed that the warranty on my car expired. they were hoping to sell me a warranty. These people are stupid. They told me my warranty was expiring yet they did not know the make or model of my car.

I didn't answer but my caller ID said Warrant Service. If it's about my warranty being expired, should I be ticked at Chrysler for not notifying me. I drive a 1988 Chrysler 5th Avenue that was made in September of 1987. It will be 21 years old in September. It is ludicrous that the warranty is already expired. I think I will get a team of good lawyers and sue Chrysler big time.
I answered the phone and pressed 1 and asked for the address for them. The [***] on the phone said 1622 this is not real. This is the fifth time they have called and they know nothing about the car I am driving. I called the number back and I was suppose to be removed off their list but we will see. I have reported this number to the annoiance center for my phone company and I am trying to have this number blocked.
They have been calling for months. I called this number back and got a recording to be put on the do not call list. They wont give any information about the company, the call back number, person's name or anything that one could use to report them. THIS IS A SCAM TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. If you press 1 to get a human you get a black woman with an attitude. If anyone gets a real phone number or company name, post it on the internet so they can be stopped. I have asked to removed before but it does not work. This could be a company that is in another country that is just out there to get your credit card number to rip you off.
I am so tired of this call they have gotten so smart they now call from all different numbers and they never take you off their list. I did try to get a name and address and they said they don't give out that info nor will a supervisor. There has got to be away to stop these harassing calls. I can set my watch by them it is either: 9-10 am, noon, or the dinner hour. I have however gotten calls as late as 9:45pm. This is beyond what we should have to put up with.
