This number 310-599-5765 as well as 702-520-1471 and 408-651-8151 all called me back back with six calls in a row. I did not answer and they did not leave voicemails.
I don't have debt or a credit card. - it's a scam.
these people are scam artists. nobody in my house even has a credit card, and when i told them this...got all nervous and hung up reaaaaaaaaaaaaally fast.
"BRIAN BAKER" said he was with JOURNEY PASS and he would send me vouchers for $100.00 of free gas, plus a 75% OFF coupon from WAL-MART or TARGET. He asked for my credit card number which would be billed only for shipping and handling in the amount of $9.95.
My inquiry with JOURNEYPASS.COM and WAL-MART indicated this to be a SCAM.
we too had a call from this number asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate, on a credit card I do NOT even own, they said "press 9" for further assistance, when I did, the man on that phone got obscene, he asked if I was dressed and what was I packing, Anyway it was very disturbing.
Call from this # said they had been in an accident not their fault and since they had been fishing and had a couple beers the police gave him a breathalyzer test and arrested him. He wanted my mother to send him a money order for $3,728. He said you know who this is don't you and she said "Daniel?" which is her grandson. He said yes and then told her not to tell his mother or any other family member since he was embarrassed. My son is Daniel and he is deployed in Baghdad. She was not going to tell me because she had promised she wouldn't but was extremely worried and was having trouble coming up with all the money so she finally did. Thank goodness.
