Received a call from on my cell phone. It was a robo-dialer with a recorded message in Spanish. My Spanish is terrible, but it said something about 'excellent credit' and "taking advantage of a special offer, press 1 now". Clearly an illegal marketing scheme and if their marketing is illegal, their advertised service or product is likely fraudulent. I called the number back and received a recording that did not identify the company's name, yet said if I wanted to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list to press 1. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and T-Mobile.
Robocall in Spanish that said, "For information, press any number now." So, I think it only managed to leave the end of a long message. So, its robot doesn't even work very well.
