sam man - richard scott called me to threaten me about my BROTHERS debt. said he was calling from cr and associates (company does not exist). would not give me any information about the case.
(Richard Scott) he is a very threating individual. and would not volinter any inforamtion to prove who he was. was very rude and ended hanging up on me. along with other family members that he called. He said he was an para legal working for a district attorny and needed a statement from me. When I asked him why he told my parents that he said that he never said that. I asked if I could make a payment plan and he told me there was no way
He threatened me and my wife at work who has nothing to do with the past debt. He stated he was going to put a lien on my house, garnish my wife's pay and garnish our bank accounts in the next 30 minutes if we did not pay him. He would not accept a payment plan. I called him and told him if he called my wife again i would track him down. He told me that I did not have enough money to find him BOY.
A man called my sister and made threats about me for a debt. He gave phone no. 310-601-7188. I do NOT want this man to ever call and threaten my family again! He was very scary.
