Someone who could barely speak English called from this number, claiming to be calling from Publishers' Clearing House.   Those few words, plus "verification", "Mr. Johnson" and the phone number were all I could understand.  

I subsequently received another call from "Mr. Johnson" who sounded like the first "Mr. Johnson" but left a different number;  876.485.5463.   I did understand enough of the broken English to tell that this "Mr. Johnson" was calling for what sounded like "Mr. Gainesville", who I am not.    The only words I could understand were "package" and "Department."

There was a small dog barking in the background; apparently this guy was calling from his home as opposed to some boilerplate telemarketing operation.
