I got the call too and there was no one there. I wont block it yet because I need calls from LA due to medical reasons. I dont call back as I have an answering machine and they can waste there dime if it is important.
Called back and it is Time Warner Cable. You can tell them you want to be placed on their do not call list. I am on the national registry for do not call but since I've done business with them, I have to tell them to stop. They are constantly trying to get more money out of me. Wish there was another option.
