Number shows up on caller is soliciting home improvement. I've been on the national do not call list for several years. How do these companies vet info??!!
Soliciting home improvement. I get dozens of these kinds of calls. I rent a portion of a large house - but my phone # is separate from the owner. I told the telemarketer "I'm not a homeowner! Are you sure you really want to talk to me?" His reply: "Not if you're also going to be an [***]!".
Allstar Home Improvement, CA CSLB # 830566, 800-975-5512, sole owner Dave Cohen, also calls from 818-655-0409 where "Allstar HM Impr" shows on CID. For 310 #, CID shows as all caps 'UNKNOWN NAME." www.allstarhomeimprovement.us
This telemarketer engages in caller id spoofing. Ours got a call from the number (above) listed as 818-655-0409 with a CID of Cell phone CA with a phone number of 310-634-7273. Additionally, 818-291-3218 with a "Cell phone" reading on CID. No telephone messages left.
They attempt to spoof as if they are a cell phone caller (in hopes recipient will be fooled, and answer their call).
