I have no idea who this is but they are persistent! They don't speak when I answer the phone nor do they leave a message. Tried to reverse look up the number and said it was a landline in Inglewood PLUS other lines.
The caller said he was calling from Energy Solutions, a government program that helps homeowners lower their energy bills. He said he needed to ask 10 questions. He asked if we were in foreclosure or loan modification and if there's any equity in the house, how many people were in the home, and inquired about credit scores at which point I asked for a return phone number. He started giving me a phone of 866-283 at which point the line was disconnected. I called 310-645-5461 and got a message that the line was disconnected.
