Keep getting calls from this number at least once a day.  When I answer, no one is on the other end.  When I try to call back "incoming calls not accepted."

who is this? the phone rings once for many times a day and no voice mail .

This is a telemarketer in West LA.

Got a call today, no message, called back and no answer.

Receive calls almost everyday. When i answer, the person hangs up. When I try calling back, there is a message of "at the subscriber's request, no incoming calls are accepted"...or something similar.
