Got a robocall from 310-672-0591 indicating I was approved for a payday loan for which I have not applied.  Recorded call told me to go to extrapaytoday.com and put in the number 1122.  It said the approved would expire in 24 hrs.  I'm on the national do not call registry and this came to my cell phone.  I have never applied for a payday loan!  The number this came from is listed for an individual in California.  Has someone hijacked the phone in California?
