Got call this morning and 'Roger Brooks' from Splendid Construction asked if I wanted remodelling services. Said his company was in 'South bay' but would not provide license # or telephone call back. Obvious com scam like the Crown Construction/Triangle Construction, etc scammers. They just want to get into your house to case what is of value then break in later.
Roger Brooks called this morning from Splendid Construction, 8939 Sepulveda Blvd. # 110, Los Angeles [Westchester] CA 90045. "Lux Builders R" showed on Caller ID. CA Contractors [www.cslb.ca.gov] license number 500206.
Mr. Brooks does not have a written DNC policy, and got my # from DataQuick or Haines Criss-Cross. His company does not check the DNC List before calling.
