I keep getting calls from this number. It rings once then it hangs up. I don't even get a chance to answer the call. I have tried calling back and I get an operator telling me the mailbox I have reached isn't accepting message and to press zero for assistance. I press zero and get the same recording all over again. It's very frustrating and I want the calls to stop. I also just purchased a Hyundai so that may be what it is.
I just bought a Hyundai so I get why they are calling but it rings one time and they hang up. I do have a ringback tone that states "Please enjoy the music while your party is reached" so if it's automated it probably kicks in as soon as it picks up the voice.
That's what it is...it's a hyundai customer satisfaction survey for recent purchases. I have ignored the call until I saw these posts but can now confirm. The people at the dealerships have bonuses tied to the quality of our experiences.
The "Do Not Call" list will not help if someone has done business with Hyundai and given their telephone number. Hyundai is trying to find out if their customer are satisfied with service provided by local dealership.
If you've purchased a Hyundai in the last 18 months, it's considered a valid customer relationship with the car company. They have the right to call you for a customer satisfaction survey. If you haven't purchased a car or haven't had any connection with Hyundai in the past year a half, then report it. Otherwise, it's an established connection between the car company and the buyer. This is one way that the sales people get bonuses.
