Someone at this number calls here fairly often. If I happen to be next to the telephone and the Caller ID box when this number (or some other repeated, unrecognizable, blocked number) calls, I pick up and say nicely, "Hello. We're on the Do Not Call list. Bye." It doesn't make much difference.
