a phone call from a man who sounded like he just woke up telling me he is from the civil divisions department and he is serving papers tomorrow. I ended the call and disregarded the message. I am sick and tired of this debt collectors using so many different scams to lure me into getting money. Since they do not identify themselves with a legitimate company name, FTC and every other consumer agency cannot investigate on this. Useless complaints if you submit this report to them.
I keep getting a call for my brother same as you all saying they want to serve him papers. I tell them he is in prison and wont be gettting out for 15 years, but they keep calling for him. I keep telling them even if he was out, he doesnt live with me and can never get to him with this number. So how do I get these calls to stop!!
just got a call saying they will be here tommrow to serve papers i hung up on them!!!so i tried calling this number no answer i let it ring and ring no answer!!!it's comming from inglewood CA!!
Wow. 3 years of threats and ignoring them yet they still haven't given up. They continue to call from multiple numbers and threaten court summons and arrest warrants. This is for a supposed pay day loan that I have never taken. Come on I wish they would take me to court so I know who to sue for harassment since I have never gotten them to identity who they are.
Same here, just called 10 mins ago. These people need to put in jail for threats and harassment. Get a real job from a real company so you don't have to hide behind your fake phone numbers.
