Got a text that asked if I was trying to keep up with credit card payments and was more than 15k in debt and saying they could help...

They send me text messages offering their mortgage services.

11:55 a.m. 11/5/09: offering mortgage relief with this phone number. when you call it to complain, no one answers!!!!!

I too got a text from them during the day. Don't know how they got my number.

Got one also. Told AT&T about it and gave them the number it's coming from. Also texted them back that I wanted no more from them.
