Got 2 calls from this number this morning, one right after the other. When I picked up the second time they called and asked who it was, the female on the other end very angrily responded with "Well who is this?" And when I asked again, "Who is this calling me?" She again angrily responded with "Who are you? You call me!! I just call you back!" But I had not made any phone calls which is clearly documented on my phone log. Blocked the number after I hung up.
