I just received the third text message: "Dear Home owner if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?"

This caller introduced himself as my banker, and wants to know my account number to confirm it is myself who is calling him. he hung up when I asked to call him back if he give me his phone number
