Who called from 3106947659

This number first called my cell phone at 6pm and didn't leave a message, then called my husbands 3 minutes later, again no message.

Received a call from this number this morning stating that it was American Express calling and that a very important matter needed to be addressed TODAY and to return this call to the 800 number they provided and to be certain to have my American Express card number ready so they could correct the matter. Another thief/scam that attempts to prey on innocent people rather than be an honest working human being and have a real job!!

I just started receiving calls from this number as well. Only to my cell and no message left. Three calls so far.

Same story here.  They are attempting to capture your Am.Express number.
