I just got a call from this 3106951910 and they did not leave a voicemail.  As always, I called back with blocking my number and they did not allow that.  That showed me right away it is a telemarketer, etc.  I again called back without blocking and sure enough, they picked up and introduced as some kind of company, I just silenced myself and just let them say "hello hello" until they hang up.  Hehe.
This 3106951910 is a scam, telemarketer, etc.
