Who called from 3106978659

I have gotten two calls today on my cell phone from this number with no caller ID.  when I call back all I get is that all lines are busy.

Caller asked for George. I told her that George is my girlfriends OLD boyfriend and he hasn't lived here for a couple of years. They still keep calling though.

Keep getting calls from (310) 697-8658 and 8659.   Got a strong feeling they are a collection agency from Houston (LTD) that is using tricks to show a local area code to get you to answer the phone.   Fricken lowlifes!
