I have gotten an email with this number and was researching it cause it seemed fishy.

I got the same email as well. I'm doing some research to see if this is genuine.

When u do find out about this Miller guy, do let us know. what does he want from you at this stage?

I have been contacted by him also, is this legit??

I also got an email from him.  Was it about a pricline job?  I called and left a message saying his fax didn't work.  Maybe it will trick who ever is behind this to call?  They might be stealing money from bank accounts and having it put in your name and then sending it to him western union with no tracing.
