These people can't comprehend simple instructions. My account went into collectionsome because the receptionist didn't do her job to return my call for payment. It hasn't been in collection a month. They have called me twice I just made a payment last week. I received a letter today with the current balance and these dummies called me again a few minutes ago. I asked them last week not to call the number they have on file because it's my elderly parents number. They need to learn how to read notes and follow instructions. Calling isn't going to get it paid any faster. Idiot's get a job!
