Send them text back, the URL www.WmartGiftCard.come can be traced, will do so and see if authorities can get involved. I am on DO NOT CALL LIST, and it's a violation. Through the web registration of any of these URLS we can find the name and address and complain to the FTC and Attorney General offices.
These people are hiding behind a registrar service to hide the registrant, so I'll ping the registrar and the ISP who is not hidden and tell them their client is spamming in violation of DNCL. See if I can get them taken down for TOS violations, which works as well as the direct attack at times.
