I keep getting these calls, almost all of the originating from California. They come at all odd hours, this last one being just before three in the morning. I have a VOIP system, so I wonder if it is some kind of interference somewhere like a hacker or some other untoward, nefarious third party.
If I pick the phone up, there is an immediate disconnect. No messages are ever left. The number is always out of service when called.
