The caller, CALIFORNIA ( displayed on our phone as ID. ). called us @ 11:52, 12/08/2014. When I returned the call, this is the message;"" Zero Zero, you can't complete the call.". It then hung up.

Call came in no message and no ID. I called it back and got the same message as the previous poster. "zero, zero... blah, blah". Another scam call that's now blocked.
