Calls frequently only left a message when there was a 3-ring count set and then only a partial message. Definitely an ILLEGAL telemarketer as I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

They (310-742-3477) call almost every day - must be a machine cause the message is indecipherable - it is only 3 seconds long - when I call back, I am put directly into a voice mail box that is full.
Called today. selling life insurance. asks for your name and age to call you back. Recorded message, called number back, says it cant take anymore voice mails.. gee wonder why.
Phone companies should allow us to add numbers to our phones to block calls we dont want. at least up to 12 maybe, like Insight does, which we are switching too next month.
