I got the same thing sent to my iPhone and I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list with the FTC.

I looked up the website address and IP and got this...

It's a company out of Bejieng, (which explains why the don't have a the FTC list!!)  Dang rip-off, good for nothin' scammers.

This was sent to me as a text message and if you look up the url it takes you to web sites referring to it as a scam.
