I just got this one on my landline. Out of curiosity, I decided to answer before blocking. No voice, no recording. I waited a few seconds and hung up.

YEP!  This one is blocked by my blocking service.  It was preceded 14 minutes earlier by another scam call, also blocked, from 323-489-8312.  No idea if they're related though.
