Woman asked to speak to the person in charge of IT.  Sent to voice mail

Said hello five times....waited another 15 seconds before a woman with a timid voice replied. Obviously a telemarketer or somebody who doesn't know how to use a telephone.

Woman with heavy accent called for an IT employee in another state.  Sent her to HR when she started asking if this person was employeed here

Same as above.
