Found a fake info setup on the web showing the owner of 310-753-4628 is: Jack Milton Mitravich at 7936 Peach Point Avenue, San Diego CA 92126-2105. Amazingly, there is a real house at this address. The info page also includes a SS#, three (3) Credit Cards listed by number with expiration date and the special 3 digit security code, plus a birthdate and a CA drivers license number. xdd.org is the website. In the background wallpaper, you can read FAKE and a warning on using the information for fraud.
So, whoever is spoofing this number might be setting up mis-information trails to keep victims on a wild goose chase.
If you continue getting calls from this number, it is suggested that you contact your service provider and claim the caller is harrassing you or harming you in some way. A special team will contact you with instructions on how to log each and every call you receive and this will be needed for around two (2) weeks. The team will track down each call to your phone and uses the call log you supply to them to narrow down the actual caller to their physical location. A professional inquiry is made at the caller's location and if the violator fails to cease their actions, law enforcement is brought in and all details are turned over to them to handle it.
It can be several weeks before you may see results but it is necessary to actually "Build a Case" against spoofers who use regulated telecommunications systems to harm other people.
