I got a call from 310-765-1645 Sat morn. I told him I was on the do not call list and not to call me again. He called back within 5 minutes. I asked his name and address, but he would not give them to me. How and where can I report this obvious foreigner? I have US Cellular, and they tell me they can not block any numbers.
I have been getting phone calls about car loans. Several different numbers come up, but each time its the same voice or background noise. They call throughout the day and 7 am! I put on a call blocker. I don't want to change my number!

I too have been getting repeated phone calls from this company, today i told them to quit calling me, i wish i knew who it was...then i just got another call from them.. i too get phone calls as early as 6 am on the weekends..getting so tired of these people
