I received a call from this number today. Said I had defaulted on a payday loan. I kept telling them
I didn't know what they were talking about and had no notification and I couldn't understand him. He never asked for money directly though he asked if I had an attorney and something about posting bail. But after I kept telling him I couldn't understand him he said something about that's what everyone says and I thought I was so smart. And then he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. I'm going to report this to fraud.
I just got a call from this place and they say that I owe them $300 for a loan I never received. Said I had crimal charges against me and i'd have to appear in court on Tuesday August 14th in California. I'm in North Carolina. I'm supposed to receive a summons in the mail on Wednesday August 8th. What am I supposed to do???
Got the same message from Richard Johnson saying I have three criminal lawsuits against me that have to go to Los Angeles cause I'm being subpoened for three payday loans, it sounded like he was reading a script with a indian accent...huh I got this
Got a call from them stating criminal charges would be brought up for a payday loan. Since I don't have one asked who they represent. They got nasty and I hung up and called police.
