I want to know too and i try to call back then telling me so much things and English words i can't understand :)
So the scam have to know who you want to call first then but me have bad english...haha
Just answer a question to him said no and blablabla i don't understand then i said whatever
I Google this number to find out.most people said this number caller is scam but sorry I'm not good at English can't figure out what he want to do
