My phone number is on the "Do Not Call" list, however, numerous calls are still received from telemarketers.   The caller ID for one of today's pests said "Han Jino" and the number is 310/779-3939.  Why can't these annoying telemarketers be stopped, severely fined, etc. for ignoring the Do Not Registry?

Got my first call from this number today. Same as above.
