This number just called a person with an incomprehensible accent asking for my name, pure background noise then something about eyes or ice before hanging up, all nonsensical gibberish to my understanding since I have no business with these fraudulent individuals. This number has been reported and is being investigated by my neighbors who work in law enforcement.
