i got a call from this number saying it was publishers and that my credit card got me entered in a 10,000 to a million dollar give away. they asked for my address and i told them to take me off their list. it was just a weird call.
I kept getting calls from this number and another number with the same area code for about a week. Then in that same week I got a couple of calls from a RESTRICTED number, which I was assuming was them. I never answered and they finally stopped calling. Thanks to this website I know that it was in fact a telemarketer, which I assumed anyways.
