Got a recording "I'm sorry, but person has voice mailbox that has not been set up yet"
So I'm assuming it's an annoying telemarketer trying to sell me something.
So I'm blocking.
That recording is typical of recently-activated cell phones. Troublemakers like using cheap no-contract cell phones, which are hard to track down and can be abandoned after they run out of minutes, or if they think law enforcement is closing in on them, or if the numbers they are calling block them.
I answered the call and some unprofessional guy trying to be an upbeat professional asking if i had thought about remodeling my home. I told him I lived in an apartment and his response was "WHAT?" I then proceeded to hang up and block his number.
