Called this evening.  I didn't answer it.  They left no message.  A Google Search shows it as a company called Rebcon, in Cambria, CA.  They say they're a "Solutions" Company, though unclear what exactly they do.  Very amateur website, though they list a few people with decent credentials, from communications to legal to business plans.  Guessing this could've been a sales call.  Don't think collections.
