Who owns the number?

Another scam. Left voicemail saying that I am being charged with a federal crime and that I need to call back to address the issues.

I got the same call

Called me stating I did not complete my federal taxes and that I owed $1,900 they claimed to be the IRS

I received a call and the person on the voice mail stated that I need to call back. The man on my voice mail said that he was a federal agent. I do not even live in the state of California.
