No message left, I don't know anyone in Santa Monica and, although white pages indicates low spam level, will block next time they try to call. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time, perhaps a wrong number.

ID says: "Sloane David"..... Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever! Good riddance!
To Sherriem above... I see your name quite often on this site complaining about the same numbers that I'm reporting. I think these scammers must have gotten our name from the same list.
