Caller spent the first part of the call telling my mom she had won a car and asked her preferences including what color, what level of trim etc. then started trying to extract information from her regarding her income, credit card information, banking, whether or not she lived alone and that kind of thing. They told her they were coming the next day and she was so scared she called other family members to stay at the house with her.
