Entity's full name is Sustainable Energy Outreach LLC. Their telemarketers undoubtedly trained to drop "Outreach" from sales spiel to make them harder to trace. Also call from 951-767-8737. They are not affiliated with www.gosolarcalifornia.ca.gov, a State of CA agency. SEO LLC advertising for appointment setters using leads generated through their customer database, which doesn't get scrubbed against NDNCRegistry.
Multiple calls and hang ups. If this is another solar scammer their calls do seem to come in batches. I will get 2-3 calls with unknown CID info in a few minutes. Obviously all same scammers calling from their boiler room.
Just got another call from Sustainable Energy Outreach today. I've been getting calls from these people for months now...At least twice a week. They use a different spoofed phone number everytime they call, so blocking doesn't help. Sometimes they use Sustainable Energy Institute, but their official name is Sustainable Energy Outreach LLC. Their goal is to set an appointment to have a "state certified engineer" visit your home to let you know what funding programs you qualify for to install solar panels and other home upgrades to save money on your electric bills. They won't / can't provide any details over the phone, and don't have a web site. I have found job openings posted for "appointment setters" for Sustainable Energy Outreach listed on LinkedIn and the interesting thing is resumes are instructed to be sent to a nrgremodeling.com email address. So I'm guessing Sustainable Energy Outreach is just a front for Energy Remodeling Inc's aggressive telemarketing efforts.
I just had "Cindi" (Ha ha - more like Rajesha Putash) call me. Initially she claimed she was with SDG&E but, when pressed, said she was with "Sustainable Energy Outreach." Obviously, another scam operator (the boiler room noise in the background was loud) trying to suck unsuspecting victims into buying solar panels from disreputable operators. STEER CLEAR!
