It's odd that nobody else has posted so far. This is the 3rd hang up call I've gotten in 2 weeks with the prefix 838. I heard a click then a dial tone after my machine beeped. Called around 12:30 p.m. Monday.
This is suspicious. The ID said "Private Name" this time instead of "Unknown Name."
