Who called from 3108557560

I got a call from this number no one answers I called it back nut it just rang forever. Its isn't just this number who is calling me it so annoying I wish it would stop

Missed a call from this number. Google says it's a restaurant...

I've been getting calls from this phone number as well as another number with the same area code and prefix for the past two weeks. They never leave a message. I am beginning to think this is a robocaller, especially based on Any's comment above.

same number called a couple times..I answer and then they listen and hang up. tried calling back and it just rings and rings

Caller ID had this number showing. I have had a few calls from this same location to my phone in Maryland. What scam is this?
