I just bought a Hyundai and was told by the dealer to expect a call about th service I received. Probably the best way to handle it would be just to answer once and ask that they don't call back. Most reputable companies will accept that.
I never gave them permission to call my number and I don't own nor plan to EVER own a Hyundai. I have received two phone calls a day for the last two weeks including weekend on my work cell. Some of the people complaining are in the same boat and I. I am filing formal complaints with ever possible agency to make sure this company pays for harassing people. It is inappropriate and extremely frustrating because there is no way to stop these calls. I am personally telling everyone I know what a terrible company Hyundai is including their outsourced survey callers. I have contacted Hyundai as well and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I received a call from this same number 310-862-9009.
I just had Hyundai dealer service work done on my 08 Santa Fe.
If you actually call the number back, you will find out what the big mistery is...How was your recent service?
